 I literally started when my father bought a video course on Udemy. There were two women, Jessica and Joanne who write and have successfully published fantasy and fiction novels before. Now, self–publishing is easier than finding publishers and begging them to publish our books. I learned from the videos about writing prompts which are powerful elements to improve the imagination and flow of writing. I started with the prompts of character description but I recommend you if you are writing a story or a novel, try to outline the details first. To create a writing flow, try to write the thoughts and distractions on a notepad that comes in your way.

Today, I’ll give you a short description of my first upcoming novel (Next para). Its main theme is yet unknown. I’m unable to cope up with my writing routine so a pattern should be followed. I saw a video on Instagram of Chetan Bhagat. He said that in the winters if a student has the ability to leave his / her comforter, removes his distractions and starts studying at seven in the morning, which is the hardest task and the most awarding task. It’s called self–discipline. It’s a term, I knew but never knew the meaning of until yesterday I understood. It isn’t born with us, Self – discipline is what we can learn as a skill.

A boring man’s life takes a wide turn when a talkative true mirror friends him in a dusty and filthy storeroom of the 19th century. A handful of details are being digested which come through his life for him to survive. His weird days begin when his best friends eve-tease his lover and disappear at night. Their noisy and creepy arrival at his bedroom in his tighty whities puts him in a state of shock and arousal.

I could tell you more but believe me, the extended description will be posted when the story is at its peak. Brainstorming and idea are important before starting to write your first novel.
